We are recruiting for **Customer Service / Console Operator - Overnight shift** positions at our **bp Wentworth Falls, bp Katoomba and bp Blackheath stores**:

- ** Overnight shift start and finish times vary per location - to give you an idea**:_

**bp Wentworth Falls - 10.00pm to 6.00am**

**bp Katoomba - 12.00am to 6.30am (may be required to work until 8.00am some days)**

**bp Blackheath - 11.00pm to 7.00am**
- ** Exact days and number of shifts per week will be discussed during interview**_

Our stores are open every day of the week (including weekends and public holidays). It is important that you can get to and from work safely, so you do need access to reliable transport.

**What you will be doing**
- Delivering above customer expectation service for our valued customers
- Complete sale transactions using the Point Of Sale.
- Maintaining site standards including cleanliness, merchandising and promotional displays
- Conduct activities in accordance with safety and operational procedures, on the forecourt and in-store
- Ongoing training as required to remain up to date on the latest learning

- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Well presented, strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close-knit team as well as thrive independently
- Expected to cover/swap shifts within the team and sites from time to time
