**About the role**

We are looking for people to join our teams who have a positive attitude, a hardworking spirit, and the willingness to learn. You'll need a passion for coffee, food, and exceptional customer service

Looking to pick up a casual shift? With the festive season around the corner we are looking to train casuals to be ready and prepared to pick up a shift as they become available.

We are recruiting for a casual pool of **Customer Service / Console Operator / Barista / Grocery Stacker **positions at all of our stores: Shell Blaxland, bp Katoomba, bp blackheath, bp Wentworth Falls, IGA Blackheath

Our stores are open every day of the week (including weekends and public holidays). It is important that you can get to and from work safely, so you do need access to reliable transport.

**What you will be doing**
- Delivering above customer expectation service for our valued customers
- Complete sale transactions using the Point Of Sale.
- Maintaining site standards including cleanliness, merchandising and promotional displays
- Conduct activities in accordance with safety and operational procedures, on the forecourt and in-store
- Ongoing training as required to remain up to date on the latest learning

- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Well presented, strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close-knit team as well as thrive independently
- Expected to cover/swap shifts within the team and sites from time to time

- Hourly rate for Customer Service/Barista role aged 20 years and over

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $34.40 - $44.88 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 24 per week
