**Exciting Role Overview**:
As part of this role, you will play a vital role in offering **support and assistance to patients and their families**. You will also collaborate with the** administration and clinical teams, assisting with all aspects of the administration of the patient’s journey through our facility.**

We are seeking a motivated and highly capable receptionist to join our high functioning Front Office team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Answering phones promptly, efficiently and with a friendly demeanour
- Providing excellent customer service across all aspects of reception
- Collaborating with medical staff, colleagues, patients, and visitors to ensure seamless hospital experiences.
- Compiling and managing patient admission documents and clinical records.

To thrive in this role, you will be a vibrant individual with a deep commitment to customer service and the ability to engage empathetically while efficiently managing admission flow is crucial.

**Additionally, you will bring**:

- Proficiency in computer usage, including MS suite.
- Capability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes and prioritise work schedules to meet changing needs
- Flexibility to cover different shifts if required.

Salary level is based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
