About the role

**Role Location**: Melbourne

**Role Type**: Permanent

This role is responsible for supporting the Data & Technology Risk team in uplifting the governance of the use of Artificial Intelligence and Automation across the business, and incorporating data and AI ethics risks into the operational risk framework as part of the I.AM Amplified program.

What will your day look like

This role is responsible for delivery of the following activities:
Support development of AI ethics control objectives as part of I.AM Amplified
Develop AI ethics risk management guidance for the business
Support incorporation of risk processes in AI use case lifecycles
Analyse insights from risk reporting to uplift oversight of AI risk
Support development of AI Ethics Standard
Support development of enhanced Data Impact Assessment/Algorithmic Impact Assessment processes
Conduct Data Impact Assessments
Support development of enhanced data ethics governance framework for the adoption of AI into customer processes
Conduct research on emerging data ethics issues that present risk to ANZ
Support Data Ethics Lead in preparing and presenting workshops and training sessions
Develop data ethics learning material
What will you bring?
Knowledge and experience in data and AI ethics, understanding of analytics concepts, operational risk frameworks
Able to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
An ability to think about complex issues in a strategic manner, considering the broader context and implications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Desire to work in a collaborative team environment with a values led culture
Adaptive mindset, open to learning and mastering new skills
