Lead a team to deliver high-level reporting and technical services related to research administration, including research grants, higher degree research, and research ethics. This position is responsible for providing project management expertise, bridging the technical and business domains to implement quality reporting solutions, and ensuring that core processes and reporting related to research administration are effectively delivered. The role of Manager, Reporting reports to the Deputy Director, Research Analysis, Data and Reporting and has 3 reports.

You can demonstrate your people leadership experience, knowledge and deep understanding of research administration and reporting requirements within higher education. You have excellent communication and organisational skills with a high attention to detail and commitment to proactively deliver quality services. You have high-level of conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective reporting solutions for a broad range of stakeholders.
