The Assistant Director, Quality Assurance and Procurement is responsible for ensuring the mandatory elements of the Framework are initially established and that the necessary rigor is applied to the development of the contract management tools required under the Framework.

The role provides high-level advice, draws on extensive procurement, contract management and quality assurance experience, demonstrates rigour and expertise in the management of performance-based contracts and contributes to the development and implementation of best practice in the field.
