You are an experienced General Manager with a commercial background in a large industrial/heavy industry business. You have a proven track record of delivering results and growth, with a strong ability to optimize costs and win work while remaining safety focused. You have managed a significant P&L and large team in the past. You are a commercially minded, people-focused leader who can create excitement and buy-in from their team through change. You are down to earth, humble, and can easily create lasting relationships.
