Ennovo is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, growth, and profitability of Ennovo. Your leadership and expertise will drive the company's mission to revolutionize environmental management through technology and innovation.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans, goals, and objectives in alignment with Ennovo's mission and vision.
- Provide visionary leadership to foster innovation, drive growth, and expand the company's presence in the waste management, renewable energy, and contaminated land industries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to capitalize on new opportunities and ensure Ennovo remains at the forefront of environmental solutions.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daytoday operations, ensuring effective execution of projects, timely delivery of services, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate the company's performance and make datadriven decisions.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations to expand Ennovo's market reach and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, industry associations, and community organizations.
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
Team Management:
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a highperforming team of professionals.
- Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team's effectiveness and individual development.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Optimize resource allocation and cost management strategies to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, environmental sciences, engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (X years) in a senior leadership role, preferably in the environmental management, waste management, renewable energy, or related industry.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and achieving financial targets.
- Indepth knowledge of the waste management, renewable energy, or contaminated land industries, including regulations, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a strategic mindset.
