General Manager - Sales, in a permanent full-time capacity to direct the sales strategy and execution across their Australia and New Zealand businesses, continue to maintain their successful growth targets and push the business forward.

Your Next Role:

This senior-level opportunity as

General Manager - Sales, will be reporting directly to the board of directors and will have responsibility across the whole ANZ business. You will formulate and execute Marketing & Sales strategies, forecasts and budgets. You will achieve and exceed new and existing sales budgets and manage the entire sales process. You will develop existing and identify new market opportunities, increase brand recognition in the market and win new business to achieve targets. You will manage contract documentation, tenders and rollouts & liaise with the internal legal team on contracts. You will maintain and develop strong relationships with current, new and past customers. You will prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts and ensure these are met or exceeded, and take corrective action where required. You will manage budgets, forecasts and KPI's and ensure the business is profitable and hitting targets. You will represent the company at shows, sales conferences, exhibitions and business forums.


This position will work hand in hand with the business development managers, production, warehouse and logistics and have 8 direct reports.

To be considered successful, you will have relevant qualifications, extensive experience and knowledge in a sales management role. You would have overseen middle management levels and driven change. You will have the ability to anticipate issues and solve problems and have exceptional time management skills. You will have the ability to work towards and exceed KPIs. You will be driven, flexible, motivational, a strong communicator and a seasoned manager. You will be able to travel nationally and internationally.
