About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding existing accounts within our Transmission and Distribution utility, and principal contractor key accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business and expand existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with utilities, EPC/Contractors, and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Generate leads, submit proposals, and win contracts for our offerings (TX System Lease and Project Delivery Services).
  • Lead and coordinate with internal teams, including project engineers and construction managers, ensuring our services are tailored to customer/project needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in direct field sales or revenue-generating roles, ideally within the utilities or powerline construction sectors.
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative or complex service solutions.
  • Able to grasp technical aspects of the sale such as project proposal development including the technical estimation (supported by project engineer and construction manager).
