**About the role**
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Support Officer to join HammondCare on a **Fixed Term Full-Time Contract until June 2025 **at our St Leonards office with possibility to extend and opportunities for future development.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide daily administration support and coordination
- Managing shared mailbox and delegating accordingly
- Work with colleagues in other parts of the Dementia Centre with duties to support the overall team, including specific designated responsibilities
- Administrative coordination of and preparation for meetings
- Travel bookings and assisting with event organising
- General Admin duties include: ordering stationery, photocopying, answering phones, minuting staff meetings,
- Provide guest hospitality and point-of-welcome at office, or other venues
- Manage and ensure the security of all office resources, equipment and maintenance of the asset register
- Collate and manage information with strong ability to liaise with senior leadership across the Team and HammondCare
**What do we need from you?**
- Demonstrated experienced working in administration
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely when required
- Ability to plan and organise meetings, office events, equipment and guest hospitality
- Intermediate - Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Salesforce and Coupa experience desirable but not essential
