We have identified the need to move towards deeper reflective practices based on quality data analysis. Ensure the use of both qualitative and quantitative data (statistics and stories), using consistent, rigorous and ethical data collection methods. There will be a focus on Feed Forward sessions dedicated to routinely and systematically collecting data, supporting systems and structures in place to record and analyse data, and promoting engaging in regular collaborative analysis of data with colleagues. This reflective practice will involve a deeper use of data to inform all processes and practices across the school.
