Our agency is looking for Assistant Nurses to help support aged care residents in the Southern Highlands NSW Nursing Homes. The facilities are approximately 50 mins drive from Campbelltown NSW.

**About the role**

You will be responsible for providing clinical and person-centred care to residents in adherence with organisational policy and procedure in clinical practice, documentation, and assessments to ensure clinical care needs are met.

At least minimum 6 months proven experience in Aged care

Assistant Nurses must hold a certificate 111, IV in Aged care.

Current National Police clearance
