Part time Administrator

A Global Mining and Metals company is currently seeking a Part time Administrator to support their HR Team for 20 hours per week.

This role will be located in their Perth CBD office and commence immediately for minimum of 3 months.

This role requires strong Administration experience and knowledge of the SAP System.

**Your role as the HR Administrator will be, but not limited to**:

- Supporting the HR team lead with general ad hoc duties.
- Answering and redirecting phone lines.
- Data entry into the SAP system.
- Booking medicals and ordering NPC's.
- Issuing PPE
- Data entry of compliance documents.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Previous experience in a Similar role
- Exposure to HR processes is desired but not essential.
- SAP Experience is ESSENTIAL
- Experience working within Resources or similar heavy industry.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Innovative thinker.
