The role
The successful person
To succeed in this role, you will need the ability to communicate complex medical information clearly to non-medical audiences, both in writing and verbally. You should also demonstrate a dependable and positive approach to teamwork, along with confidence in making clinical decisions.
Additionally, you must be registered with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Medical Practitioner, with a minimum of five years of clinical experience being preferred. Recent experience as a Principal House Officer (PHO) or Registrar is highly desirable. ACEM trainees should note that this term is accredited for Stage 3 Training.
