The Head of People Advisory creates value and has commercial impact through delivering strategic P&C support to their aligned business. This includes the creation and delivery of people solutions, annual cyclical initiatives, and using data and insights to prioritise key actions to execute business outcomes.

In this role you will be a trusted leader, and create value by understanding business context, challenges and opportunities and interpret data to determine people strategies needed to deliver commercial impact. Your strong leadership and influencing skills will enable you to promote the value of one-way same way solutions for core HR processes and practices, whilst also having a customer centric mindset accommodating business specific strategic requirements.

**What you will be doing**
- Set and deliver people strategy based on data, insights and business context. Includes change management and organisational development.
- SME people advisory to respective business leaders including workforce planning, talent, succession, inclusion & diversity, leadership, culture, performance, reward, engagement.
- Collaborate with and provide feedback and continuous improvement input to People Division Centre’s of Expertise.
- Advise business leaders to support high performance and alignment to customer, business, and shareholder expectations
- People Leadership; coaching, monitoring, supervision of direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles and are compliant with FSRA requirements and external legislation in a professional & ethical manner
- Drive the delivery of people initiatives in the business aligned to business strategy and the P&C execution priorities
- Influence, coach, advise executives using data/logic
- Delivery of large scale or design and transformation
- Contribute to shaping a workplace and culture which inspires people to be the best they can be

**What you will bring**
- 15+ years’ professional experience in Human Resources with 5+ years as a Human Resources generalist in a large corporate organisation.
- Transformation experience and/or being part of large scale projects as a valued contributor and thought leader that can demonstrate outcomes.
- Strategic mindset; action orientated with a proven background in delivery of outcomes
- Strong people leadership; experience leading team of senior HR professionals
- A hands on leader who leads by example and drives shared outcomes
- Experience delivering large scale change programs or initiatives aligned to people strategy
- Tertiary qualified with degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline. Post graduate qualification is advantageous.
- Ability to deliver in complex organisations and matrix structures
