**About Us**
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

**About the Role**
Join our dynamic team as the Lead of People Advisory Services, where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional HR support to Courts Group.
You will lead a talented team to deliver timely and effective HR advice while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation. This position offers the opportunity to lead the people advisory team, engage proactively with stakeholders, provide contemporary guidance, and foster a culture of excellence within the People Advisory team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Offer expert HR advice to Courts Group staff, serving as the point of escalation for complex queries and ensuring adherence to relevant policies and legislation.
- Manage incoming HR queries, ensuring timely responses or appropriate escalation, and maintain records of query volume.
- Lead the administration of the annual performance process for VPS staff, collaborating with the Organisational Development and Payroll teams for seamless outcomes.
- Foster collaboration with key stakeholders across People Services, to facilitate smooth hand-offs and information sharing.

- You will be an experienced people leader having led high volume HR service teams in complex environments

- You welcome feedback with an open mind and communicate your ideas with clarity and confidence, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience are a plus.
