- 256701Our client is a fast growth disruptor in a $30b+ technology industry, providing technology services to residential and small business customers across Australia.
Having recently bought and amalgamated numerous boutique companies, they are looking to hire a National Sales Manager to lead the channel sales team.
The National Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of Channel Managers to deliver growth in sales and revenue. This role is accountable for building and maintaining a strong performance culture, building channel capabilities, and developing strategic partner relationships to deliver consistent performance and year on year growth.
**Skills and experience**:
- Previous experience in similar role within the Telecommunications/Internet Services industry mandatory
- Strong focus on customer service and providing an exemplary service.
- Proven ability to manage a successful channel sales team.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a successful team.
- Experience in contract negotiations.
- Strong business acumen and financial skills.
- Ability to shape business model and philosophy.
- Highly proficient relationship building skills.
- Advanced selling and negotiation skills.
- Advanced decision-making skills.
- Advanced ability to drive for results and focus on outcomes whilst working autonomously.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Advanced prioritisation and time management skills.
- High ability to show initiative and be proactive.
- Ability to use relevant software and products including Salesforce.
**Regular travel is required as part of this role.**
