APEIRO Institute (RTO Code 45394) is a Perth based Registered training organisation delivering Vocational courses to Domestic and International students with campuses located in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. As we gradually expand and introduce new courses to deliver to our clients, A need for Student Support Person has risen.

**About Student Support**:

- Day to Day Office Duties including assisting clients over the phone or in person, Processing of Students Applications and Requests, Processing and follow-up on payments, Assisting the students/ clients with on or off campus issues, providing support as per the student requests and process as per the Policies and Procedures

All the above positions will require the following attributes:

- Medium to High level Computer literacy and usage of MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to complete the tasks under pressure (_When required_)
- Medium to High Level of Professionalism at work
- Self Initiative and ability to Multi task
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Must have fulltime work rights
- Knowledge of RTO processes and working on PRISMS (_preferred but not required_)
- Knowledge of student management system(Axcelerate) (_preferred_)
