About the Role
Our client has an opportunity for a Level 1 Helpdesk/IT Systems Administrator to join their IT team of 3.

Your responsibility will be to provide Helpdesk support & assistance to the teams in Australia.

Your new role will include:

  • Internet/IT Troubleshooting
  • Providing IT technical support
  • Participating in IT projects
  • Managing back up solutions
  • Setting up new employees log ins and work stations
  • Setting up SAP (Full SAP training is provided)
  • Career development and multi skilling opportunities so you can grow your skills
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required to the support the team

About You


We are looking for a customer focussed and friendly Helpdesk administrator who is personable and is able to juggle multiple priorities.


This role will suit a can-do person who is calm under pressure and enjoys being that go to person and assisting in all areas as needed.

Our client is looking for the following key skills:


  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a Level 1 Helpdesk role
  • Experience using SAP will be highly regarded, but they are more than happy to train
  • Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic demeanour
  • Results orientated with a focus on customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
