We are seeking a motivated, experienced, professional, and high achieving individual to join our energetic and enthusiastic Accounts team as an accountant at Granville Office.


  • ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assistant ACCOUNTANT
Follow up with students for overdue fees.

  • Preparing report of all fees and Agents commission on weekly basis.
  • Entered Students payment in Xero and Axcelerate.
  • Preparing or reviewing account reconciliations and analysing, monitoring budget to actual variances.
  • Preparing financial reports, business activity statement, financial statements and carrying out periodic reconciliation and yearend profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting & BAS reports.
  • Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Monitoring operating costs and organization's income and expenditure.
Providing financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans and operations.

  • Managing the accounts payables and receivables functions to ensure the prompt and accurate payment of invoices to outside vendors and reimbursements to faculty and staff and invoices to debtors.
  • Managing all aspects of weekly and bimonthly payroll processing if necessary, as a back up to the payroll staff.
  • Assisting in formulating budgetary and accounting policies.
  • Conducting financial investigations, preparing reports, undertaking audits and advising on financial matters.
  • Examining operating costs and organization's income and expenditure.
Providing financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans, and operations.

  • Maintaining Xero Accounting systems.
