**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The primary purpose of the role is to assist the Associate Director Contracts & Procurement NSW Ambulance and procurement cross-functional teams within NSW Health and NSW Telecom Authority & eHealth / MoH during each stage of a procurement and contract management activity, ensuring effective administration of all procurement processes and compliance with all procurement policies, processes and procedures and governance frameworks under SCM0020 and SCM0053.

**Please note**: This is a temporary full time position for a period of twenty-four (24) months with possible further one year extension.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are seeking an individual who can effectively lead and collaborate with the Radio-Telecom / ICT team, including analysts and the contract manager while managing broader internal and external stakeholders with in-depth contract and procurement knowledge.

In this role, you will undertake the end-to-end procurement process for Radio-Telecom / ICT programs and projects for NSW Ambulance, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and frameworks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating market engagement strategies, developing commercial risk profiles, and managing the tender process, covering evaluation methodology and contract negotiations to ensure value for money. You will also prepare and manage contract execution, facilitating a seamless handover to project teams and provide expert advice on procurement matters, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
