The Talent Acquisition Manager will drive the global talent strategy in the Pacific Greater Asia (PGA) Cluster, leading the talent plan for corporate and owned and operated stores in the market. You will collaborate as a talent partner with our HR, Talent and Systems and our broader Global TA Team to drive various strategic initiatives and projects (Employer Branding, Training, etc).

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- High volume recruitment for all Corporate and Owned and Operated hires across PGA
- Build deep partnerships with hiring managers across departments and regions to understand business needs, technical requirement and team dynamics while providing high quality consultation on recruitment strategies and challenges
- Own local resourcing plan and track attrition metrics.
- Drive local EVP and EB in cluster markets, contribute and work across the cluster to promote Pandora in the best way.
- End-to-end direct and indirect sourcing of talent through various channels, optimising tools and frameworks
- Business partner with all hiring managers to accurately assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy accordingly. Work closely with the hiring managers at each stage in the process, including coach and training them in hiring best practice
- Ensure the talent acquisition strategy is aligned and fully supports the business and HR strategy, including effective prioritisation of vacancies against commercial needs and meeting fast turn-around deadlines
- Act as recruitment process lead in implementation of systems.
- Work globally; partner with the global Pandora T&A team, based in Copenhagen. Participate in the global projects to support the delivery of the overall TA strategies.
- Market mapping and talent pooling

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?**
- Recruitment experience in hiring various seniority, previous experience gained from retail and/or premium FMCG industry is highly preferable
- Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management Excellent demonstrated knowledge of TA and recruitments best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent ability to organize and prioritise tasks, and most importantly positive attitude and high energy
- Experience in developing reports and metrics to create a clear picture on recruitment activity for senior stakeholders
- Experience managing high recruiting volumes working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English is required both written and verbal
- Previous experience using ATS systems - Success Factors is preferred but not required
- Experience organising and leading business projects
