Your new home and new career with this well known and loved food retailer and global brand with a staff culture and development focus.


Based near to Belrose in Northern Sydney you will work closely with the property and leasing development team members across a variety of locations across Australia for their retail portfolio.


With a solid understanding of finance, including Excel and reporting, you will accurately interpret property lease documentation and provide guidance where required to ensure commercially accurate decision-making.

The role is busy, yet rewarding; therefore you'll have experience in a high-volume role with sound problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with great communication skills.


The core functions of the position involves

  • Provide leasing and property coordination support
  • A solid understanding of retail property leasing
  • Manage and update the property database
  • Production or and understanding of property reporting
  • Account reconciliation
  • Heads of agreements and disclosure statements
  • Continued innovation and process improvement

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A sense of fun and the ability to bring positive energy to the team dynamic.
  • A passion and interest in retail would be advantageous, love what you do.
  • You will ideally have had either lease admin, paralegal or real estate agency experience.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, working closely to key deadlines.
  • The ability to coordinate with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and other software systems.
