They are currently seeking an experienced **HR Team Leader** to join their dynamic team based in their new office in Gregory Hills working Monday to Friday.

**About the Role and your Responsibilities**:
As the HR Team Leader, you will be the cornerstone of the organizational evolution. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the executive team, some of your roles and responsibilities will include:

- Shaping the HR landscape by offering guidance on policies, protocols, and transformative initiatives.
- Utilize your knowledge of government awards, legislation, and HR policies to ensure impeccable compliance.
- Cultivate unparalleled communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Oversee the recruitment process on a macro level.
- Lead and supervise a dynamic team of HR assistants to ensure the seamless execution of HR functions and initiatives.
- Grow the HR team in line with the continued expansion of client intake.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
- A proven track record of HR Team Leadership
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- A hands on approach in dealing with the daily issues as arise with staff performance and reviews.
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to multitask and meeting challenging deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant government awards (SCHADS) is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Full working rights in Australia
