Our continued investment in the CP Advice business brings broader opportunities to our clients and leverages the strong relationships with our corporate banking, business banking and retail banking businesses.

The Wealth Partnerships Team is responsible for managing CBA’s retail banking Wealth Management products and services offering through Strategic Alliances with AIA, CFS and Hollard Insurance.

The Guidance & Investing team is responsible for bringing digital investment solutions to CBA’s retail customers

**Do work that matters**

The primary purpose of the PO Private Bank & Advice Propositions role is to lead transformation of the Private Bank and Advice operating model to ensure we achieve our strategic priority to be the No.1 Private Bank in Australia.

A member of the Private Banking & Advice Experiences (PB&A) Leadership Team, the Product Owner, Private Bank & Advice Propositions is an influential leader who designs and Implements key strategic and business priorities. The role will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with CBA's Values and People Capabilities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the design of the Operating model transformation for Private Bank and Advice and work with Private Bank and Advice Frontline and other teams within the Crew to transition to the future model
- As part of the operating model, design the go to Market approach to support the Private bank strategy and segment specific CVP’s to optimise the customer experience
- Establish all aspects of the operating model, including underlying role accountabilities and KPI’s
- Work more broadly across the bank to establish the future operating model and value attribution models which aligns to the Private Bank and Advice strategy.
- Design and execute the go to market strategy and operating model for Business bank and Private bank.
- Lead the Propositions team to adopt agile ‘ways of working’ to deliver simpler processes and more compelling customer experiences, improved productivity and turnaround times, and reduced operating costs,
- Transform the operating model and business processes for Private Banking and Advice to deliver best in class customer engagement through simplifying and streamlining the customer experience
- Build strong partnerships with the PB&AE crew, the Private Bank and Advice leadership teams, Line 1 and Line 2 Risk teams working in an agile model to accelerate business solutions.
- Influence and effectively engage senior stakeholders (EM/GM/EGMs) across PB&A and multiple Business Units (BUs) of the group to ensure initiatives are effectively delivered
- Analyse emerging business trends to determine commercial insights, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience across Private Bank and Advice

- Extensive experience leading Organisational change programs across complex portfolios and project teams, in Private Bank and Advice businesses.
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of Private Bank and Private Advice operating models
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills including presentation skills, communication, negotiation and influencing capability at a senior leadership level with a proven record of managing the needs of varied business stakeholders
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, plan, prioritise and execute multiple concurrent activities and priorities
- High level of personal accountability and the ability to work autonomously to agreed deadlines
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking alongside excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Ability to build strong alliances with internal and external partners to deliver industry leading solutions
- Exceptional risk and issue management experience and the ability to proactively communicate concerns to stakeholders
- Experience working within the Wealth Management industry, with strong knowledge of Private bank and advice processes, technologies and platforms
