**About the opportunity**:
Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a passionate **Leading Teacher - High Potential and Gifted Education** to be accountable for supporting our strategic intent of improving learning outcomes for all students.

**More specifically you will**:

- Collaborate with leadership and teachers on designing learning experiences that foster talent development across all domains of potential - intellectual, creative, social-emotional and physical
- Collaborate with teachers to assess and identify the specific learning needs of all high potential, gifted and highly gifted students.
- Implement evidence-based procedures, programs and practices that meet the learning and wellbeing needs of all high potential and gifted students and facilitate talent development.
- Collaborate with school teams to promote partnerships with parents, carers and the community.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study
- NESA Accreditation
- Statement of Service
- Previous experience in High Potential/Gifted Education
