**You'll be responsible for**
- Formulating, implement and manage strategic business plans of Partner accounts to achieve sales revenue / sales quota targets
- Developing additional business from existing portfolio in line with budget targets while managing income and expense budgets.
- Acting as the main interface when required between the Partner and the organisation, to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seek the opportunity to participate in Partners' strategic business planning processes.
- Ensuring that effective account retention and defence strategies are in place to promote Partner retention.
- Maintaining appropriate documentation and account plans in line with compliance obligations

**About you**
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ideally already acting as an account manager within other areas of the business
- Ability to document and understand market and Partner requirements to identify, pursue and close business development opportunities that contribute to the profitability of the organisation.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
