**The role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment (OCPSE) team. The Service Delivery Manager works closely with, and is accountable to, the Manager, Workforce Systems for the highly effective management of the service delivery function and team. This includes the management of the daily operations of the service desk function, driving continuous improvement and providing strategic advice to the Manager Workforce Systems in an effort to identify opportunities to further enhance our systems and service delivery.

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for engagement with all change reference groups to ensure that all change requests are assessed, and appropriate consideration is given to the impacts of the proposed changes. They will work closely with relevant stakeholder groups to lead, plan and implement process and system improvements, which includes involvement in any project teams for more significant system changes or enhancements.
