**As a Student Enrolment Advisor, this is what you’ll be doing**:
The role of the Student Enrolment Advisor is to work with both current students and prospective students for ANZ client Institutions.

The Student Enrolment Advisor will manage inbound and outbound channels to both prospective and current students. They will be required to respond to inbound enquiries and requests, conduct outbound follow up and campaign activity, and provide exceptional student service.

The Student Enrolment Advisor is expected to always work within client and departmental protocols, with a focus on conversion.

**Role responsibilities**:
Student Management
- Engage with current and prospective students and provide information and support services via all channels for enquiry and offer.
- Actively listen to student experiences, identify potential concerns and/or areas for development and offer relevant and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of client’s services and events.
- Ensure that all services are delivered in line with the departmental and client protocols.
- Ensure that Quality Assurance (QA) standards are met, including accurate data entry and information capture as required.

Continuous Improvement
- Make recommendations to improve the student experience, content sent to students, and customer protocols.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements based on the daily tasks performed by Student Enrolment Advisors
- Participate in ongoing learning and development based on your career development plan. Draw insights from QS International and Domestic Student Surveys to enhance business processes and improve the student experience.

Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required, developing effective working relationships to assist the delivery of services.
- Ensure that all internal and external communication is maintained in a positive, constructive, and professional manner. Provide support and feedback to the Manager Student Success and Team Leader Student Success as required.

Other Responsibilities
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Attend conferences, exhibitions, and public speaking engagements as required. Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

**Key skills and experience**:

- A genuine interest in communicating with a wide range of people.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, tolerance, patient, and tact when speaking to students.
- Capacity to use active listening and open-ended questioning strategies to engage with students via phone.
- Good customer service.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Ability to manage personal time and meet established deadlines. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite would be beneficial

**Other considerations**:

- Understanding of Australian and/or New Zealand Higher Education sector. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
