We are looking for a **Project Lead - Cultural Competence** to lead and execute the expansion of our Australian Cultural Connection program.

The Cultural Connection program educates our leaders to understand the nuances and values of Indigenous culture and use that understanding to make business decisions that both respect and give back to Indigenous communities. The program shines a light on the knowledge, skills and mindsets leaders need to successfully deliver the change we need.

This is a great opportunity to oversee a small project team to lead a mindset change across the business, ensuring we have a workplace culture that respects and values Indigenous leadership contribution.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Indigenous Leadership, within our Indigenous Relations team, your role will:

- Lead and coach a small team responsible for coordinating the program’s learning activities, to meet program deliverables, and continuous improvement
- Lead the scope, design and implementation of the program expansion, including project milestones, budgets, approvals, and stakeholder requirements
- Working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders including Human Resources, Capability Development, Communities and Social Performance, and Areas of Expertise teams to align on the strategic objective of the program
- Monitor and report on program performance indicators to ensure the program is delivering against business requirements
- Identify and manage program risks
