Project Wellbeing is a growing and vibrant psychology practice that has been operating in Castle Hill for many years. Born out of the belief that every human has the right to experience mental health, we aim to equip all people with the tools and strategies to enjoy mental wellbeing. As we believe in both prevention and intervention, we provide a range of services from individual therapy to corporate workshops, and psychometric assessments, with a special focus on Perinatal Mental Health.

**About the Registrar Program**

In keeping with our philosophy that work should be fulfilling and rewarding our Clinical Psychology Registrar Program supports you to grow your career in a fulfilling and enjoyable manner.

We currently have a limited number of positions available for our 2023 Clinical Psychology registrar program. Our program offers the following:

- Individual Professional Development Plan - Your supervisor will support you to identify your values and aspirations as a Psychologist and help you to develop and implement your individual professional development plan.
- Free Supervision with a Board Approved Supervisor - receive regular individual and group supervision with a Board Approved Supervisor towards your registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Supportive and collaborative culture - Our Director is available to provide supervision, and our team is highly collaborative. Enjoy learning from each other at our regular Lunch & Learns, pick a colleague’s brain or have a colleague locum for you while you are on leave. Each of our team has their special areas of interest and together that makes us a great team. You also get to work collaboratively with doctors, psychiatrists and more as we have built strong networks within the community.
- Exposure to a broad range of presentations - This, not only increases your experience and breadth of practice but also gives you the opportunity to identify the presentations, populations and methods you most enjoy working with.
- Support to develop your niche - we support our team to develop or identify niche areas of interest. This includes supporting you to develop your skills in the area and giving you opportunities to work within your niche area of interest.
- Maximised efficiency - we know that you didn’t become a psychologist to push paper So, we have systems and processes in place to reduce the administrative burden on you. We also use technology effectively to reduce the demands on you. We have a fabulous admin team who are responsive, helpful, and well informed. Additionally, we train you in our time management and efficiency hacks so you can spend more time seeing clients and living life, and less time pushing paper

- Has met or, or is close to completing, all requirements for full registration with AHPRA
