Operations and Administration Coordinator

At Dishcare, we are specialists in the repair, preventative maintenance & installation of commercial dishwashers. In operation since 2021, we provide fast, reliable, expert service to restaurants, cafes, healthcare and childcare facilities within Metropolitan Sydney.
We are now looking for an **Operations & Administration Coordinator** to join our growing team.
The role will include taking ownership of tasks involved in the day to day running of the company, as well as working on longer term business goals and strategies in liaison with the director. Customer satisfaction, communication and service is the core value of our business.
Such tasks will include:
- Support the managing director with daily administration tasks.
- Stock control and ordering parts.
- Regular website updates.
- Reply to customer’s enquiries.
- Send and follow up quotes.
- Organise chemicals and spare parts orders to be dispatched.
- Timesheets and payroll.
- Keeping track of key performance indicators.
- Follow up payments and invoices.
The successful applicant will:
- Be able to work autonomously on a day to day tasks, completing one task to the next without the need for constant supervision.
- Have excellent customer service skills, consistently striving to improve the experience of the Dishcare customer.
- Knowledge and experience in the service repair or a trade industry is advantageous.
- Willingness to take on and learn the technical knowledge required to better perform the role.
- Knowledge and experience of Xero accounting software.
- Knowledge and experience on Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Have a self-motivating attitude to work on solving problems and improving the operations of the business.
- Look for opportunities to further the success of the business and enact on the solutions.
- Minimum 3 years experience in administration/PA/office management in a professional environment.
Our regular hours are from 9-5, Monday to Friday, however these hours can be adapted. Part-time and work from home arrangements can be discussed.
$35-$45 an hour depending on experience and skills.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
