Administrative Support Coordinator

SummitCare operates 9 homes across Sydney and Newcastle, focusing on enabling wellbeing for people requiring aged care.
The RoleWe seek a casual Administration Assistant at SummitCare Randwick, Sydney. The successful candidate will be accountable to the Manager of Accommodation Services and Administration for day-to-day office management.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service in line with the organisational mission and vision.
- Oversee financial transactions within the centre.
- Assist the Local Leadership Team during admissions for residents.
- Experience in front office reception, preferably in the Aged Care sector.
- Current Criminal Record Check.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in Aged Care financials, including discussing RADs/DAPs.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong empathy with the elderly and their families.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident computer skills.
- Drive and passion to deliver first-class support to residents and families.
- Relevant qualification in Administration.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Applications, CRM, IBM, and Healthmetrics.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals within set time frames and work to strict deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be a team player and work with a diverse group of people, including staff and customers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
