About the Role

As our Quality Benchmarking and Reporting Analyst, you will be delivering quality performance reports for management and leadership, including Board Quality and Safety Committee, to support strategic decisions making and oversight of The Salvation Army (TSA) services.

Reporting to the Manager, Benchmarking and Reporting, your key responsibilities are:

- Coordinating activities required to create quality performance reports for Board Quality and Safety Committee. Activities include (but are not limited to):

- Data collection from established stakeholders.
- Reviewing incidents and feedback data.
- Creating Quality and Safety Committee dashboard reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT systems.
- Identify high-risk areas, provide insights into the areas for quality improvement and actively improve data analytics and reporting processes.
- Provide incidents and complaints data and insights as requested by stakeholders.
- Contribute to developing the system for capturing, measuring and reporting of performance against KPIs and benchmarks.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in IT systems or related field
- Intermediate knowledge and or experience of PowerBI
- Demonstrated experience with MS Excel (Advanced), MS Word (Advanced), and MS PowerPoint (Intermediate)
- Understanding of how SharePoint operates
- Understanding or exposure to data analysis and highly analytical
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative customer-oriented approach and open to continuous learning
- Experience within a Community, Social, Health Services or similar industry will be highly favorable
- A valid working with children’s check
- A willingness to undergo a National/International Police Check
