About the Role:
Due to an internal promotion we have an incredible opportunity for a Campaign Analyst to join our Blackburn, Melbourne team on a permanent full time basis with hybrid working arrangements. Reporting to the
_Reporting and Insights Manager_ this position will be responsible for the Fundraising Department’s campaign reporting and analysis. This includes the development and upkeep of visual dashboards that enable the analysis of revenue streams, channels, products, segments, and donor demographics to better enable data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and upkeep comprehensive campaign dashboards, showcasing revenue streams, channels, products, segments, and donor demographics
- Employ a critical and inquisitive approach to data analysis, spotting patterns and trends by comparing present and historical data sets
- Utilise a variety of data sources to stay updated with market trends, key influencers, and donor characteristics/behaviours
- Clearly convey pivotal campaign insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, encouraging data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign outcomes
- Display innovation in presenting data findings, tailoring presentation style according to the audience's requirements

About you:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data/Computer Science or Commerce or similar preferred
- 3+ years’ experience working in a Marketing/Sales/Fundraising environment, interpreting large volumes of multi-channel data into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Power Query, with hands-on experience in data manipulation, transformation, and dashboard creation
- Solid understanding of SQL, with practical experience in running queries and joining tables
