**The Opportunity**
As the face of the business, you will show a high level of care to all clients and colleagues. This role will allow professional development and career progression, and is perfect for a driven Receptionist / Administrator who is keen to learn and grow their skill set.
**Duties**:
- Answering incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Processing orders
- Sorting incoming/outgoing mail
- Daily invoicing
**About you**:
- Reception and customer service experience necessary
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Accounts receivables experience is highly regarded and experience using Xero and MYOB
- Ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
- Team player and the ability to work independently
