Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping people navigate their health insurance queries? Join this industry based health fund as a
**Membership Services Consultant**, where you'll be a vital link between their valued members and the health cover they need.

Our client is a leading health fund who's mission is to ensure their members receive the best possible health cover and access to a range of healthcare services. Assist members with arranging new cover, questions about their coverage options and inquiries related to claims or benefits.

Full product and system training will be provided but because this is an urgent start we require people who have worked in a Call Centre or Customer Service position previously, to join their supportive
**Central Sydney** team, and deliver personalised assistance and support to their members.

**About the position**:

- Permanent Full time position
- $72,000 inclusive of superannuation + bonus (7.5%)
- Central Sydney location, easy to reach by Public Transport
- Mo - Fri, Regular Office hours
- Inputting and update information on the house CRM
- Being the first point of contact for inbound enquires
- Close-knit supportive team
- Full training provided

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a call centre environment, or strong customer service experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are a must
- Knowledge of health insurance would be highly regarded but not needed
- Ability to empathize with members and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
- A genuine desire to help people
- Strong ability to meet and exceed targets
- Exceptional rapport building skills
- Resilience and adaptability
