**About the role**:

- Lead the development and execution of the people change strategy for organisational change programs
- Drive organisational design activities to ensure efficiency and alignment improving organisational outcomes
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans for successful people change related outcomes
- Partner with the broader Human Resources team to support delivery and ensure a culture of change readiness
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of initiatives and plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure a successful implementation

***About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in supporting large and complex organisational change programs
- Ability to build strategic partnerships with key leadership and team members.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and IR employment law.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field, Prosci highly desirable
