We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and attract potential clients. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our mortgage broking services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to marketing and advertising in the financial services sector.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services sector is desirable.
