**The Opportunity
This role is about supporting new format, in-store category, project and development initiatives into the Woolworths Supermarkets. You will need to understand customers to strategically engage, differentiate, educate and disrupt the shopper journey through key in-store touchpoints

**What you'll do
- Support in store strategy delivering and principles to brand and business objectives across all store segments
- Working closely with category teams to understand the objectives and utilise the in store environment to deliver to category and brand objectives
- Develop brand store navigation and signage which directs, inspires and educates customers
- Focus on the role and location of semi permanent and permanent signage
- Support stores with In Store Marketing Guides to clearly communicate best practice

**What you'll bring
- 3+ years in Retail marketing
- Knowledge and experience around how customers interact with retail spaces
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, able to establish trust and credibility across stakeholder groups
- Experience creating & presenting briefs & reviews, distill complex information into simple, succinct best-in-class client briefs to agency,
