This Aussie Household name has one of the most successful fundraising events annually and they are looking to bring on an innovative Product Manager to uplift the brand and make impactful changes across the board

You will be highly influential in the business, cementing a product mindset and helping to innovate both existing and new digital product offerings, working alongside a highly collaborative team.

**Outline of the role**:

- Develop and supervise a plan to optimise (or streamline) a suite of digital fundraising products.
- Directly manage a Product Specialist and lead a cross-functional team of colleagues to achieve desired outcomes.
- Use a comprehensive set of insights, strategy, and your own expertise to produce an ambitious growth strategy for Australia's most established mass participation, peer-to-peer fundraising campaign.
- Assume responsibility for spearheading creative product innovation and developing an innovation framework to ensure that the company’s work appeals to and retains various audiences.
