**The Organisation**

**The Opportunity**

To support this important work the business seeks to employ a motivated Fundraising Manager to drive the development and implementation of contemporary fundraising strategies for the organisation by working to identify and foster benefactor relationships. The organisation has a strong base of clients across corporate, government, tertiary education and Aboriginal Corporations and you will draw on your experience to engage with existing and prospective philanthropists to build trust and meaningful relationships.

The role will deliver strategic fundraising and philanthropic activity and campaigns whilst managing donor relations, develop stakeholder engagement and communications plans and provide performance reporting and analysis of fundraising campaigns. Critical to the successes of the role will be the fostering and management of stakeholder relationships both internally with the executive and heritage experts and externally with key suppliers and partners.

**The Person**

You will hold degree level qualifications in marketing, business or similar with 5 years relevant fundraising/philanthropic experience. To be considered you will demonstrate experience in the delivery of fundraising activities and campaigns as well as exceptional written and presentation skills. A strong communicator you will have the ability to work collaboratively across an organisation and demonstrate an interest and understanding in indigenous heritage.
