**About the Role**
The Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences seeks a post-doctoral research fellow to lead a randomised controlled trial on a novel psychological intervention for adult survivors of child sexual abuse. The role involves collaboration with a survivor-led charitable partner, direct work with survivors, managing recruitment, conducting assessments, interviews, data collection, and manuscript writing, while adhering to trauma-informed practices and supporting the school's ethos and University policies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting and coordinating data collection activities.
- Identifying risk scenarios and triaging appropriately, with supervision from a clinical psychologist.
- Participating in research independently and as a member of a research team.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with the charitable partner.

**Who We Are Looking For**

You will also have:

- A postgraduate degree in psychology or a related discipline.
- Background and experience in trauma-related mental health, and ability to work in a trauma-informed manner.
- High degree of independence, flexibility, and responsiveness to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to independent and team-based research.
