**Responsibilities**

As brand & design manager for our education & restaurant association sectors you will play a pivotal role in the continuous and successful innovation and development of these brands. you will work closely with stakeholders in developing brand specific marketing, campaigns, collateral and support new business mobilisations and proposals / tenders whilst you stay abreast of industry and competitor trends.

We are keen to hear from you if marketing runs in your veins and if stakeholder engagement is a strength This is a business-critical role and interviewing will commence immediately.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the creation and delivery of marketing, brand and operational content to internal stakeholders
- Work with executives and innovation director on brand planning and setting portfolio (Chartwells and RA Venues) priorities.
- Assist with the design and delivery of new concept marketing communications tools, visual identities and design solutions for new business proposals
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activity and industry trends
- Provide site and operational teams with sector-based marketing and tools to deliver the necessary brand standards
- Support the Business Development team in designing engaging collateral and winning themes
- Manage third-party web agencies
- Develop and execute site promotions and theme days, customer experience initiatives in line with the agreed marketing plan
- Exposure or experience with
- Assistance with ensuring that all new business partnerships mobilise successfully ensuring compliance to brand and operational standards
- Manage the housing, stock, printing and cost control of all marketing, & brand collateral
- Provide artistic and creative input for Chartwells and RA Venues
- Ad hoc project support

**The Person**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- An ability to multi-task and have an eye for detail, quality and presentation standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders (internal & external) with the ability to interface credibly with peers
- Enthusiasm and drive to innovate and learn
