Our client is a leading research and teaching University in the final stages of a Salesforce CRM implementation. They are seeking a talented and dedicated **Instructional Designer **to play a crucial role in the development and delivery of effective training programs to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.

You will work closely with end users, change managers, and instructional designer colleagues to develop a comprehensive Training Strategy and Training Needs Analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver on various change management artefacts in a timely manner
- Provide regular status updates on training progress
- Generate adoption and usage reports
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to align Work Instructions to Business Processes
- Develop or update work instructions, including instructional videos, as necessary
- Analyze requirements and develop instruction materials to match learning needs
- Assess and report on learners' competency and achievement of learning outcomes
- Provide input and advice for post-training support
- Develop the Training Plan, considering learning outcomes, delivery methods, and scalability
- Utilize a range of digital formats and tools to develop diverse learning materials
- Troubleshoot system problems and escalate issues when needed

**Required Skills**:

- Salesforce implementation experience is essential
- Extensive experience in L&D, including facilitator/training delivery skills
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training for end user groups
- Comfortable with hybrid training formats and engaging with diverse delegates
- Experience in the education industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology and transitioning project learning artefacts into BAU and induction programs
- Proficiency in using digital formats (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit, Captivate)
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, LMS (TrainMe and Canvas), and CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic)
- Understanding of instructional design models, Design Thinking, HCD methodologies, and change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci)
