The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) of Robert Bosch provides one of the most complete product portfolios globally. Our range includes Wipers, Batteries, Spark Plugs, Starter Motors and Alternators as well as Braking, Fuel Injection, Ignition and Diesel products. The Automotive Aftermarket division also encompasses the Bosch Service Centre network, which offers a complete range of diagnostic and repair services along with a wide range of spare parts.
Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Customer Services Student to join our Mobility Aftermarket division on a Full-Time basis (would consider part-time 4 days per week) for 12-months commencing October 2024 based at our Clayton Headquarters.
You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our Mobility Aftermarket team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include:
- Assisting in driving customer service excellence in AO (Australia & Oceania) through the implementation and refinement of regional standardised process for the MA (Mobility Aftermarket) AO business.
- Supporting and driving continuous improvement through data analytics, monitoring of KPI’s, and development of effective measures to improve Customer Service Level.
- Building sufficient knowledge of Customer Service Order to Cash (O2C), Supply Chain and Procure To Pay (P2P) process to provide operational support to the MA-AO team.
- Providing support for the MA-AO team, resolving issues by closely working with central functions, Management and Shared Service colleagues.
- Conducting value stream workshops with indirect areas to identify areas for improvement and document target processes.
- Providing administrative support to the team

**Qualifications**
You will have excellent attention to detail, have the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines, work well with teams and have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
To be considered for our Student Program, you are required to meet the following criteria:
- Be currently enrolled in and completed units towards an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) with strong attention to detail
- Results-oriented approach and a drive to achieve outcomes.
- Time management and experience working in a team environment highly desirable.
- Ability to identify opportunities and articulate reasons for process improvement
- Familiarity with SAP (SD module), Power BI, or similar tools is desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service or process improvement roles is beneficial.
