Are you enthusiastic about process improvement, customer service, and innovation? If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Central Services Unit. Perfect for someone looking to lead Change Management and IT Service Management procedures.

The role is focused on strong stakeholder management and activities that support the transition of products and services into Central Services and continuous improvement.

**About you**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, and the ideal applicant will have prior experience working in an IT infrastructure or service management capacity. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Exposure working in ITIL OR ITSM environment is highly regarded.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the transition of products and services into Central Services through strong business engagement and align with defined processes.
- Onboarding and offboarding of customers
- Continuous improvement process initiatives
- Develop best-practice processes and methodologies ensuring effective monitoring, control, and support
- Engage with peers globally and attend operational meetings to discuss transition plans, service performance, and improvements as required.
