**Your Role**
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator who can support in proactively administering a range of Learning & Development programs and projects, including event management across the firm. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will have the opportunity to build and sustain productive relationships across the firm to support the effective and efficient operation of the L&D function. This role is open to Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with hybrid working arrangements available.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Administer, coordinate and promote learning and development initiatives, systems and programs
- Collaborate with the L&D team to manage internal and external training administration using the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System
- Support and implement L&D systems, policies and processes including budgeting, invoice payments, planning, recording and reporting
- Support learning systems
- Support the delivery of a wide range of learning programs to include managing registrations and recording attendance, sending, collating and analysing evaluations
- Administer CPD for legal staff
- Contribute to L&D projects and broader firm projects where required
- Contribute to continual process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities and collaborating on solutions
**More About You**
- An understanding of adult learning principles (desirable)
- Experience in organisational projects such as learning & development, leadership development and employee engagement programs or similar
- Track record of excellence in supporting solutions that fit within the wider business context
- Influencing skills and ability to establish credibility and rapport
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills and the ability to deal
- with multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify, design and maintain process improvements
- Ability to act both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Learning Management System experience (desirable - SuccessFactors)
- Experience in a professional services organisation or in a partnership environment (highly desirable)
