**The Role**
- Complete general maintenance repairs
- Conduct inspections of assets
- Complete asset inspection reports
- Complete job reports
- Day-to-day reactive general maintenance management
- Assist in identifying and implementing system and process improvements that deliver best practice processes and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with the office and stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in the operation of the site
- Site liaison/co-ordination with contractors and tenants
- Stakeholder management (tenants, contractors and owners)
- WHS Management including
- Ensuring up-to-date contractor certificates, insurances, licences and inductions are kept
- Answer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, being helpful in the approach
- Maintain company vehicle (Ensure vehicle servicing is completed and kept clean/tidy)
- Building Management or Trade background
- Current Drivers Licence
- Strong communication skills/customer service focused
- Presents well, solid customer service skills
- Self-starter and ability to be autonomous
- Participate in the development of skills to be able to operate effectively in the absence of key people
- Has an eye for detail
- High-level craftsmanship ability
- General understanding of building systems (BMS, Security, Fire, Etc)
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
